Total of 14%) * One parking space per unit * All confirmed reservations will be held until 4pm on arrival date unless prior notification of your arrival * Rates do not apply to conventions, groups, or weekends and are subject to change without notice * Individuals between the ages of 18 and 25 are required to leave a security deposit in cash at the desk * Use of motel facilities and services for registered guests only * This property is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone * All reservations are subject to confirmation and are subject to strikes, failure of guests to vacate, or cause or conditions beyond our control * A deposit is required to confirm reservations; it is credited to the last day(s) of reservation and is non transferable* Misrepresentation voids confirmation * CANCELLATION POLICY: Deposit is subject to a 25% cancellation fee if 3 weeks prior notice is given. If less than 3 weeks prior notice is given then the deposit is forfeited. There are no refunds for early checkouts or no shows. Refundable deposit of $20 collected upon arrival.
